We are excited to announce the release of our redesigned settings page that gives our customers complete control over their facility settings and improves user permission access. With this redesign, we focused on writing the code in a way that allows us to quickly incorporate any future customer feedback and changes.

We’re excited to share with you the updates we’ve made. They include:

  • Each user can now define a homepage where they will land after logging in, language, and for our operations with multiple sites, their default facility. These three features are small examples of how we’re helping to reduce clicks and allow the user to get to work sooner.

  • Managing team access has never been easier. Platform administrators can easily add and assign permission levels for users as well as edit individual users’ credentials, like name, default language, facility and homepage.
  • Alerts are powerful because you can be notified even when you’re offsite or in a meeting. Users are able to filter, assign, and manage alerts for current day tasks, overdue tasks and tracked operational metrics. With that, each user can receive these alerts via email or text message.

  • Setting up custom data fields and categories makes for cleaner and better reporting. Preparation for audits will be a breeze, especially if you are tracking detailed data by each stage of production (materials, growth, and packing, for example).

Managing teams and platform set up aren’t necessarily the sexy part of operating a business. With this redesign, our goal was to take the pain out of it. One client recently commented, “If you can use Facebook, you can use Artemis. It’s that easy!”
